EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Gearing up to start the new school year? Registration is now open for the Socorro Independent School District (SISD).
SISD will be opening their registration for grades pre-K through 12 grade on Monday, April 8.
According to the school district, they will be providing free pre-K for three and four-year-olds, free college classes, career and technical trainings, and more.
The free pre-K program will be a free all day program for four-year-olds and half day for qualifying three-year-olds.
SISD says the three-year-old pre-K program is on a first come, first serve basis and all pre-K students may apply for the dual language academy.

Transfer applications for students within and outside of SISD will start accepting applications on April 1, according to SISD.
