EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A Southwest Airlines plane, 747, had to turn back for emergency landing due to a bird hitting the plane as it was flying out of the El Paso International Airport on Thursday, Nov. 30, according to a spokesperson with the City of El Paso.
The spokesperson said Flight 1822, heading to Dallas, landed without an incident.
