EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Speaking Rock Entertainment Center is taking a page of out the Las Vegas Strip.
Speaking Rock has unveiled a new 3D video wall that is 56 feet wide and 16 feet tall. It also features 4K resolution images.
“It looks like the images are coming out of the screen; that’s the fun of it,” said Matthew Velasquez, production manager at Speaking Rock.
Velasquez said it is the first of its kind in the El Paso region and is similar to those seen in Las Vegas.
The new video screen cost a little under $1 million and took about six months to install, he said.
The video billboard will be used to feature the entertainment center’s promotions, giveaways, upcoming events and holiday-oriented messages and videos, he said.
