KTSM News – Storm chances, 80s, cold front later in the week -Your Exclusive 9-Day Forecast

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Hi, El Paso. Did you enjoy the rainfall yesterday? Get ready to see some more rain starting tonight.

Tonight, we have a 30 percent chance we will see rainclouds take over the Borderland.

Storms are expected to make an appearance before midnight. Weather conditions leading up to rain include strong gusty winds. Remember to stay safe on the road.

Thursday, we are forecasting to reach a high of 95 degrees. Additionally, we have a 30 percent chance of seeing storms beginning in the afternoon.

There is a potential rainfall threat as we inch closer into the evening. Thursday’s overnight low sits at 72 degrees paired with winds ranging from 5 to 10 mph.

There is a slight chance we will see storms for Friday.

Models are telling me rain chances can possibly pop up early Friday morning then again in the afternoon after 3 p.m.

Right now, rain chances sit at just 20 percent. Friday’s high is predicted to warm up to 94 degrees. Our evening temperature settles at 70 degrees. Have you noticed we are getting cooler?

On Saturday weather conditions will consist of isolated storms, yay!

We can expect our high to reach 90 degrees paired with an overnight low of 71 degrees. Nothing significant for this day besides potential rain.

Hello 80s, we have missed you. You heard me right, the 80s are here and I’m not talking about music.

A high of 84 degrees is expected for Sunday, and there is a 40 percent chance we will see storms.

Rain will most likely pop up later in the evening. At night temperatures dip to 69 degrees, being one of first nights seeing the 60s.

Labor Day brings us a cool front.

Monday, our high is forecasted to reach 86 degrees with a 30 percent chance of seeing storms later in the evening.

Light winds will play a role in our weather conditions, there is also a chance we will see some gusty winds as our storm approaches.

The overnight low for Monday is 66 degrees, it’s getting cold in here.

Tuesday, 88 degrees is the expected high. It’s the perfect temperature to get a sip of your favorite pumpkin spice drink, what’s your go-to drink?

Tuesday night, we are in for a chilly evening as we forecast to cool off to 65 degrees. You will not catch me outside without a jacket.

On Wednesday we will warms up again.

The predicted high for the day is 92 degrees. We are back on the trend of being in the 90s. Let’s see how long this will last. The expected temperature for the evening is 68 degrees.

The remainder of the week will sit in the lower 90s with overnight lows in the mid 60s.
