El Paso, Texas (KTSM) — We’re in for a sunny and warm weekend, with temperatures staying in the 90s. As we look ahead, we could see some rain on Monday.
Saturday night is expected to be calm across the Borderland.
Our overnight low will cool down to 72 degrees with clear skies and winds ranging between 5 to 10 mph. No major weather changes are expected.
On Sunday, we’re looking at a high of 96 degrees with sunny skies and light winds from the south at 5 to 10 mph. By Sunday evening, temperatures will dip to 73 degrees.
There’s a 20% chance of isolated storms on Monday afternoon, continuing into the evening. Storms are likely to start around 2 p.m. and could last until midnight. We’re expecting a high of 95 degrees during the day and an overnight low of 72 degrees.
From Tuesday through Friday, El Paso will enjoy plenty of sunshine, with temperatures comfortably staying in the 90s. The only change to take note of is that our overnight lows will start dipping into the upper 60s.
Next Saturday, our high is predicted to reach 89 degrees, marking the first day we’ll see temperatures in the 80s in our forecast. We can also expect windy conditions, with gusts between 25 to 30 mph.
Sunday is officially the first day of fall, and we’ll welcome the new season with sunny skies and a warm high of 90 degrees – a near perfect day.
Looking ahead to the following Monday, 88 degrees is the forecasted high with sunny skies once again.
