EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A suspect is dead after a shooting outside a Chili’s restaurant Thursday night, Oct. 9, in Las Cruces, according to a spokesperson with the Las Cruces Police Department.
The spokesperson says the shooting happened at around 6 p.m. at the parking lot of a Chili’s restaurant at 426 S Telshor.
The spokesperson confirmed the suspect in the shooting is dead.
