EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Las Cruces is teaming up with New Mexico State Police to help raise money for Special Olympics New Mexico.
The fund-raising effort is part of a statewide effort.
In Las Cruces, the Texas Roadhouse, at 2200 E. Lohman Ave., will host the “Tip-A-Cop” event from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 26.
New Mexico State Police officers will help serve guests during the event and collect donations.
All donations will go directly to Special Olympics New Mexico.
