EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Anthony, Texas, Police Foundation and Food Pantry is inviting the community to their School Supply Backpack Giveaway.
The event will occur from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30 at 401 Wildcat Dr., according to the Anthony Texas Police Foundation in a news release.
The School Supply Backpack Giveaway is open to children from Anthony, Texas, Vinton, Canutillo and Anthony, New Mexico. The first 200 children to attend with a parent or guardian will receive a backpack filled with school supplies, according to the Anthony Texas Police Foundation.
It’s a first come-first, served distribution, while supplies last.
