UPDATE: All lanes at I-10 West at Redd are now clear after a stalled vehicle snarled traffic, TxDOT reported.
EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A stalled vehicle is backing up traffic on the evening commute in Northwest El Paso.
TxDOT says all lanes are closed along Interstate 10 West at Redd because of a stalled vehicle.
Backup is reported to be to Mesa. Clearing time is estimated as one hour.
