EL PASO, Texas (KTSM)- Happy Tuesday, it’s almost Valentine’s Day and we’re starting to see sunny skies across the Borderland.
Although we’re forecasting a high of 65-degrees at 3 p.m., by noon we will begin to feel variable light winds.
Dropping down in the low 60s and upper 50s at 4 p.m., we’re predicting clear skies all day with southeast winds around 5 mph.
