EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Two men were recently arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on separate occasions in Horizon, according to the Horizon City Police Department.


Police say Zachary Owen Taylore, 21, was arrested on Sunday, Oct. 19, and Jesus Gallegos, 27, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 20, after they both exhibited several signs of intoxication.
Gallegos was arrested at the intersection of Darrington Road and Blair Drive after running a stop sign. Taylore was arrested in the area of Kestrel and Emerald Sands after a traffic stop, police said.
Taylore was placed under arrest after a breath test confirmed he was over the legal limit, and Gallegos was placed under arrest after performing some field sobriety tests.
Gallegos was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility under a bond of $1,000, and Taylore was also booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility.
