EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Two men were arrested last Saturday, June 21, on separate incidents for driving while intoxicated in Horizon, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
Police say Jorge Antonio Bugarin, 42, and Jesus Jr. Granados, 18, were arrested that Saturday after they both showed signs of intoxication.

Bugarin was arrested Saturday night, and Granados was arrested early Saturday morning.
Granados was arrested after officers responded just before 5 a.m. to a report of a motor vehicle accident in the area of the 400 block of Brill Circle.
Officers were able to locate Granados, who showed signs of intoxication. He was arrested and booked for driving while intoxicated under a $3,000 bond.
Bugarin was arrested after officers responded just after 9 p.m. to a report of a drunk driver in the area of Ashford and Horizon Boulevard.
Officers were able to locate Bugarin, who showed signs of intoxication. He was arrested and booked for driving while intoxicated, third or more convictions under a $40,000 bond.
