EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – The Underserved Communities Foundation’s (UCF) annual signature event, 2024 Gran Fiesta, is sold out, the organization announced in a news release.
The organization said that the event, which is presented by Raiz Federal Credit Union, is themed “Un Viaje a Puerto Rico: A Celebration of Puerto Rican Culture,” inviting attendees to embark on a cultural journey filled with live music, dancing and culinary delights inspired by the rich heritage of Puerto Rico.
“The event serves both as a celebration of UCF’s achievements in the past year and a fundraiser to support the organization’s mission of reducing poverty and empowering the underserved,” read the news release.
During the event, UCF will announce the organization’s 2024 grant recipients, highlighting the impactful work of local organizations and initiatives supported by the foundation.
Additionally, as part of a commitment to honoring those whose lives have been positively impacted by the UCF over the past year, the organization will also spotlight a story of resilience, hope, and transformation.
