EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — All lanes are now open at Interstate 10 East at Porfirio Diaz following a crash on Monday, Nov. 10, according to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
TxDOT said delays are expected. The backup is to Montecillo.
A video posted by FitFam shows at least two overturned vehicles and traffic being impacted in the area.
In addition, no transports were reported.
