EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – El Paso Fire Department’s (EPFD) Water Rescue team recovered a body from the water Wednesday evening, Sept. 4 in South-Central El Paso, EPFD announced on its X account.
The body was recovered at the Cesar Chavez Border Highway and Fonseca Dr., according to EPFD.
The scene was turned over to law enforcement.
