KTSM News – UPDATE: EPFD’s Rescue team reports female patient stable after falling from Trans Mt.

UPDATE: The Fire Department’s Special Rescue/High Angel Rescue Team has made contact with a female patient, estimated to be 19 years old.

Patient is stable and being prepared to be brought back to safety, according to the Fire Department.

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Fire’s Special Rescue Team is responding to reports of a person that fell over the barrier at the Trans Mountain West Picnic area, according to a Tweet sent out by the Fire Department.

The patient reportedly fell 50 feet, according to initial reports.

This is a developing story and we will update it when we learn more.
