HORIZON CITY, Texas (KTSM) — A 45-year-old wanted man was arrested on an outstanding warrant for misapplication of fiduciary property last week in Horizon City, according to the Horizon City Police Department.
According to Horizon City Police, Rogelio Campuzano was charged with misapplication of fiduciary property or property of financial institution.
Campuzano was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility with a $6,000 bond, Horizon City Police said.

“Misapplication of fiduciary property is when someone trusted to manage another person’s money or property — like a trustee, guardian, or person with power of attorney — uses it improperly. This could mean breaking the rules of their agreement, violating the law, or putting the owner’s property at serious risk,” the news release read.
Shortly after 9 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, officers located Campuzano along the 14700 block of Sand Gate Drive, Horizon City Police said.
According to the news release, officers conducted a warrant check on Campuzano, and he was then subsequently arrested.
