TONIGHT: KTSM has issued a Weather Authority Alert due to extremely cold winds and a dangerous wind chill factor that will blow in tonight. The N-NE winds will range from 10-25 mph and usher in a surge of very cold air. The low will drop to 19 under partly cloudy skies, but the wind chill will range from 5 to 15 degrees. A Cold Weather Advisory is posted tonight through 10 AM on Tuesday.
