EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Happy hump day! Tomorrow is Halloween and we’re forecasting cooler temperatures.
Starting the morning mild with mostly clear skies, partly cloudy skies will make way across El Paso by noon. The winds will stay between 15 to 20 mph west then shift northwest tonight at 5 to 10 mph.
With temperatures slowly dropping into the mid 40s tonight expect mostly clear skies again with possible partly cloudy skies overnight.
Across the Borderland, breezy and dry conditions are expected to remain in place as seasonal temperatures are expected before the weekend approaches.
