EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Clear skies and warm temperatures continue to surface across El Paso while Halloween is only eight days away.
Although we are forecasting a high of 89-degrees at 4 p.m., the morning will feel chilly but expect temperatures to slowly rise in the upper 70s by 11 p.m.
While temperatures will slightly drop in the evening, dry and very warm conditions will linger into the weekend with near-high temperatures.
