KTSM News – Wednesday 9-hour forecast: Showers and thunderstorms continue to make their way across El Paso

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Happy hump day! Another day with chances of showers and thunderstorms later this afternoon. Expect a high of 91-degrees by 5 p.m.

Starting the morning with temperatures near or just below normal, light winds are expected at 5 mph east then northwest in the evening. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy with rain chances at 30 percent.

With a local heavy rain threat expected around 4 p.m., flash flooding and strong gusty winds could occur. Plan accordingly to your outdoor plans later in the day, it is going to be a gloomy Wednesday.
