EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A West El Paso massage parlor has been temporarily closed by court order after an investigation uncovered illegal activity including prostitution and employees performing sexual services, according to the El Paso County Attorney’s Office.

The County Attorney’s Office says Eastwest Healthy Center Vitamin Massage, a massage establishment located at 7250 N. Mesa St., Suite A, was closed on Friday, Jan. 24, following a signed court order. The business is located next door to a math tutorial business.
The County Attorney’s Office says the business offered prostitution/sexual contact and employees also reportedly offered to perform masturbation on customers and undercover officers from the El Paso Police Department.
Investigators claim the business employed unlicensed massage therapists and allowed unlicensed individuals to perform massages, according to the County Attorney’s Office.
The lawsuit names multiple defendants, including Hui Xiong, identified as the owner, manager, or operator of the business, and KM Colony Cove III LLC, the owner of the building. The property itself is also listed as a defendant.
The lawsuit alleges the business was advertised on erotic websites featuring suggestive and sexual content, according to the County Attorney’s Office.
The lawsuit also cites documents from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, accusing the business of failing to maintain required client records and allowing employees to illegally live on-site, according to the County Attorney’s Office.
The court order blocks the defendants from operating the massage business, performing massages, or advertising massage services at the location. It also requires the preservation of all business-related records dating back to Jan. 1, 2022, including ownership, employee, rental, and operational documents, according to the County Attorney’s Office.
The business will remain closed at least until a court hearing scheduled for Feb. 6.
