EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Welcome the holiday season with the City of El Paso’s 9th annual WinterFest!
The festivities kick off at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 23, in Downtown El Paso, with performances from the El Paso Parks and Recreation Senior Centers Choir, the 1st Armored Division Band from Fort Bliss, and guest speakers.
The tree will be lit at 5:30 p.m. in San Jacinto Plaza, following the Scherr Legate Lights Parade at 6 p.m., which will include a performance by Legna Villalobos.
WinterFest 2024 will run from Nov. 23 to Jan. 5, 2025, and includes the following attractions for the whole family to enjoy:
Holiday Fiestas performances by various artists and local groups in San Jacinto Plaza
The Rink, an ice-skating attraction at the Convention Center Plaza
Free holiday movies presented by the El Paso Community Foundation Plaza Classic Film Festival
