EL PASO, Texas, (KTSM) — What does a principal actually do?
Ysleta Independent School District’s Day as a Principal event is encouraging community and business leaders to experience firsthand what it’s like to be a principal.
The event will happen from 11:30 to 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 27 at the YISD Central Office, located at 9600 Sims Drive.
Guest “principals” will interact with school staff and students, observe day-to-day school operations and engage in various campus activities.
The luncheon will be hosted by YISD Superintendent Dr. Xavier De La Torre, administrators and campus principals.
