Wrapped in an eye-catching herringbone skin, the high-rise’s walls are designed to maximize access to natural light and create the illusion of motion. On the roof, the building’s “health and wellness offerings” include an infinity pool and a tranquil “skygarden” with firepits and stunning views of downtown Austin and the Hill Country. On the “amenity deck,” residents have access to outdoor kitchens with grills, large flat-screen televisions, and stylish modular furniture.
