Since making our Top 50 list in 2013, Miller’s Smokehouse, in Belton, has transformed from its humble beginnings. The business moved from a small storefront to a more prominent location in the downtown area in 2016. The Miller family opened a roastery and coffee shop called Muscovy Coffee Roasters in nearby Salado in 2022.
