This week, Southern Living magazine released its Top 50 BBQ Joints in the South. The number one spot on the list, which is compiled annually by contributing barbecue editor Robert F. Moss, is in South Carolina, but Texas is well-represented with seventeen barbecue joints from the Lone Star State.
