EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — This is the season for some normal temperatures. A cool front will finally relieve the Borderland of its above-average temperatures streak, just in time for Halloween.
Thursday morning will feature temperatures around 42 degrees with El Paso gradually warming up to a high of 73. The low will be 51 degrees.
On Friday, we’ll see a high of 80 degrees with a low of 56. Thunderstorms are on the radar, set to hit eastern areas around midnight.
Saturday and Sunday, we return to above-normal temperatures with highs of 80 degrees and lows near 50 degrees. Conditions will remain mostly sunny, with light winds.
Chances for rain are back on Monday with a 20 percent chance for scattered showers. The high drops to 67 degrees with a low near 46.
Conditions for Election Day stabilize and feature mostly sunny skies with a high near 73 degrees and a low of 47. Wednesday onwards, temperature highs remain in the low 70s, with lows ranging in the mid-40s.
