Starting the morning chilly, temperatures will begin to be mild at 66-degrees with temperatures reaching a high of 74-degrees and winds ranging 5 mph south. Mostly clear skies will linger into tonight for trick-or-treaters.
While we are looking into chilly temperatures this morning, a risk for many areas will have its first freeze. Partly cloudy skies are expected tonight going into midnight with winds around 5 mph east.
