KTSM News – EPCSO investigates crash in East EP involving ATV

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPCSO) is investigating a crash involving an ATV that happened Saturday morning, Nov. 2 in East El Paso County.

According to EPCSO, an ATV “incident” happened at roughly 11 a.m. on Saturday in the desert area at the 1200 block of Mitchell Dr.

“The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are investigating potential factors such as speed, terrain conditions, and equipment issues that may have contributed to the accident,” EPCSO said.

The Sheriff’s Office did not say if there were any injuries.

EPCSO also said they want to remind the public to always wear helmets and protective gear when using an ATV and to adhere to all safety regulations.
