UPDATE: All lanes at Artcraft East and West at Upper Valley are now open after the crash, according to TxDOT.
ORIGINAL: EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Traffic is being impacted after a crash in El Paso’s Upper Valley involving the U.S. Border Patrol, fire dispatch said on Friday, Nov. 29.
According to dispatch, the call of the crash came in minutes before 2:45 p.m. at the intersection of Artcraft Road and Upper Valley Road.
Dispatch said there is no transports yet and has confirmed Border Patrol was at the scene.
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) said that the left lane of Artcraft East and West at Upper Valley will be closed until further notice.
