Border Report – The 29 extradited ‘narcos’ from Mexico

Posted on February 28, 2025

SAN DIEGO (Border Report) — The list of 29 extradited “narcos” to the United States includes a man arrested in Northern Baja almost three years ago named Hector Eduardo Infante, known as “El Tolín,” leader of “Los Rusos.”

At the time, he was regarded as a man who ran operations for the Sinaloa cartel in Northern Baja and Sonora.

Infante was arrested in Rosarito in July 2022 after a shootout that left one man dead, and a 5-year-old boy wounded in the parking lot of a strip mall.
