EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department (EPPD) is responding to a death investigation on Monday, Sept. 15, in South-Central El Paso.
EPPD’s Crime Against Persons unit is at the scene at the 1900 block of Olive Avenue.
