EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Doña Ana Community College (DACC)’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is hosting a free summit for veterans who are interested in owning a business or who already own one.
The event, Military Community Entrepreneurship Summit, will be held from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3 at the New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum, 4100 Dripping Springs Rd. in Las Cruces.
This summit is designed to “provide military entrepreneurs with essential resources and information to successfully launch or grow their businesses,” DACC said in a news release.
It will especially focus on rural areas and opportunity zones with expert-led breakout sessions, networking opportunities and success stories from veteran business owners. The event will also feature panels from DACC’s SBDC and what resources the college offers to assist entrepreneurs.
