EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A semi-truck on fire closed all lanes of Interstate 10 West at McRae on Monday evening, Feb. 3 in East El Paso, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) said.
TxDOT said the clearing time is in an hour and there is minor backup.
An El Paso Fire Department (EPFD) spokesperson confirmed a semi-truck caught fire on I-10 at Yarbrough and there were no transports.
The El Paso Police Department said the call came in at 6:14 p.m. and they are assisting EPFD.
