KTSM News – Tuesday 9-hour forecast: Windy and blowing dust expected across El Paso

Posted on October 29, 2024

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — It’s Tuesday and we are now only two days away from Halloween. However, expect windy and gusty conditions to linger all day as cooler temperatures are ready to settle in this week.

By noon, expect to see patchy areas as winds will be increasing with blowing dust at 25 to 35 mph southwest. Although skies will be mostly sunny, high temperatures will be near average in the Rio Grande and above average in the east.

Although we are expected to reach a high of 84 degrees, temperatures are expected to drop in the mid-50s with winds decreasing at 15 to 25 mph after midnight.
