EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A water rescue closed three lanes early Thursday morning, Oct. 31, on the Border Highway at Zaragoza, according to El Paso Police.
Police say they responded just after 4 a.m. Thursday. They did not specify if there were any injuries.
TxDOT cameras showed the area cleared up at around 5:30 a.m. Thursday.
